9. Limitation of Liability

Service Limitations

Liability Limits

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADDMAPLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AddMaple and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of any rights of another party
• Your generated data or its use

11. Data Export and Portability

Data Export

• You may export your account data and schemas at any time
• Generated data is immediately available for download upon creation
• We provide tools to facilitate data portability

Account Closure

• Upon account closure, you have 30 days to export your data
• After 30 days, account data may be permanently deleted
• Generated synthetic data is not retained by our systems

12. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Regulatory Compliance

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws
• This includes data protection, privacy, and industry-specific regulations
• We provide tools to support compliance but cannot guarantee compliance for your specific use case

Export Controls

• The Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations
• You agree not to export or re-export the Service in violation of such laws

13. Modifications to Terms

Changes to Terms

• Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
